We are recruiting an inspiring Headteacher to lead our vibrant and inclusive primary school at the heart of Hainault.
John Bramston is a thriving and successful two-form entry primary school, serving a diverse community of around 440 pupils and their families. We take a child-centred approach to all that we do and our pupil voice is strong:
The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent and inspirational leader, with a background as either a Headteacher or an experienced Deputy Headteacher
- Be dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils, underpinned by a strong understanding of their own rights
- Be committed to inclusion, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong and positive relationships with all stakeholders – pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community
- Champion a curriculum that reflects diverse needs and backgrounds
- Be an effective financial manager, able to respond proactively to financial challenges, seize opportunities and create positive solutions to maintain our positive financial position
- Be a strong strategic thinker with a powerful vision for the future of our school, and able to take others on this journey with us
